Please provide to us your completed Application for a Business License Inspection form along with payment of $152.00. You can email the form to CFPDfiremarshal@fire.ca.gov or drop it off in person to the Administration Office at 1191 Main St, Half Moon Bay. For the payment, we only accept a check or money order. Please make your check paybable to Coastside Fire Protection District. When we have these items, our Fire Inspector will contact you to schedule for your inspection. Thank you!
